Barbell and dumbbell set features solid chrome bars, quick-release disc stops (for barbell bar), non-slip knurled grip handle, and grooved star screw caps (for barbell bars) for secure attachment of weight discs. You can train without worrying about safety issues. Weight discs are made with a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different types of training.
